Regular brushing has a relaxing and vitalising effect and promotes blood circulation in the skin. The removal of excess metabolic waste products is stimulated and dead skin cells are gently removed. The brush may only be used dry (dry brushing) and must not be made wet.

 


How to apply

 

Sweep the body 2-3 times a week, ideally in the morning before showering. Gently stroke along the lymph flow to the tips of the fingers and toes, the armpits and the groin.
